Savannah Grace finally got to meet her great grandmother on my side -my maw maw! My grand mother lives in Jackson, Mississippi and doesn't get to travel much. It was such a joy having her here with us! After visiting for a little while, we drove over to Fairhope and went to the market they have there every Thursday. Gosh, it was hot!! Too Hot!! Poor Savannah was covered up in a white bonnet and sweating and my grandmother was feeling sick in the sun, so we didn't stay long! We picked up some fresh flowers from the market and headed back home. My grandmother has always wanted to see the town of Fairhope, I just don't think she thought it would be 100 degrees when she was able to visit! After cooling off for awhile, we met my family at the new Bimini Bob's in Daphne and had dinner together. My sister and John also came over to eat with us and we had a great time! Today we decided to avoid the heat and stayed at home and spent some quality time together. Nathan's mom got to bring Savannah's cousin Robby over to see her and he was so sweet with her! I really hated to see my grandmother leave today, but I'm so glad Savannah got to meet her great grandmother! Hopefully, next time it wont be so long in between visits!
